Highlights of Performance during the year 2011-12

1. Business growth of Rs. 924 crore. Deposits Rs. 504 crore. Advance 420 Crore

2. Growth of 25.26% in Advances, 14.34% in Deposits

3. CD ratio improved to 51.86% as on 31.03.2012 from 47.34% last year. CD ratio of our bank is highest among at the banks operating in the area of operation

4. Market share-Advances 26.89%. Deposit 14.38%

5. 103% achievements in Targets in ACP-Segment wise targets also achieved.

6. Business per branch improved to Rs. 15.72 crore from Rs. 13.62 crore. Business per Employee improved to Rs. 3.12 crore from Rs. 2.76 crore

7. The bank ranked number one among State Bank Group sponsored RRBs plan India in micro insurance ( Shakti) covering 22,000 BPL Lives within a short span of 3 months.

8. For providing Banking services to villagers at their doorstep 6.76 Lacs smart cards were issued through BCs in 7 Districts

9. We have covered all the villages allotted to us under Financial Inclusion

10. Total No. of KCC 274923; Growth of Rs. 208 crore in KCC outstanding

11. Opened 8 new Branches thus taking the toll of Branches to 388

12. Improvement in ambience of branches

13. We have opened 12.46 Lacs No Frills account in our bank

14. Recruitment of 109 Office Assistants and 92 Officers completed this year

15. Promotion in all Cadres and Scales effected this year

16. Started providing NEFT facility to our customers from all our 388 Branches
